Over the past 31+ years, this Practice has represented clients across a wide spectrum of personal injury matters throughout central Washington. As of November 2025, it maintains approximately 183 active client files, with service revenue derived 100% from Personal Injury cases. Including the Owner, the Practice is supported by a team of nine (9) total staff, all of whom are fluent in Spanish – an important contributor to client communication, accessibility, and market reach. The Practice has also developed deep expertise in trucking accident litigation and traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases, two high-value practice areas that have meaningfully strengthened its case mix and contributed to rising revenues. From 2022–2024, the Practice averaged approximately $2.5 million in annual gross revenue. For the September 2025 TTM period, gross receipts exceeded $3.7 million – an impressive 37.9% increase over 2024. This growth is fueled by the firm’s established name, specialized case expertise, highly skilled staff, and long-standing reputation for aggressive, results-driven representation. The Owner is willing to provide transition support and assist with goodwill transfer, business development, and other mentoring responsibilities for an agreed-upon period to help ensure the buyer’s return on investment.
